We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. the rooms were very clean and spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that offered a good mix of Chinese and Western cuisine. the hotel's location is perfect, very close to the shopping district and local attractions. the staff were friendly and always willing to help.
The hotel's elevator carpets were not very clean and quite worn out. the language barrier was challenging at times as some staff members struggled with English.

We enjoyed the meals at the hotel cafe which gave good value for money. The noodles were cooked perfectly and the fruits were fresh and sweet. Although some of the hotel staff struggled with English, they were able to provide us with a menu with photos for easy ordering. The hotel's location was very convenient as it was close to various malls and local attractions were only a short cab ride away.
Everything was what we needed and wanted.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was superb, with plenty of malls and local attractions just a quick cab ride away. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff available 24/7. The room amenities were excellent, including air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The hotel also offered free Wi-Fi and valet parking, making our stay all the more convenient.
We highly recommend this place to everyone.

The hotel offered a variety of meals at the cafe, which were well-prepared and provided good value for money. the location was central and conveniently placed close to both malls and local attractions. Lastly, the spacious rooms were a major plus and provided ample natural light.
The language barrier presented a challenge, as staff struggled to communicate in English. the stale cigarette odor in the nonsmoking room was unpleasant, requiring us to leave the air conditioning running for some time before retiring for the evening.
